Our Speaker

John Roe, is the Head of Advisory and Client Services, and leads ISS Corporate Services’ team of governance and executive compensation experts, and has authored numerous papers and presentations on governance and compensation matters. Previously, John served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of an SEC-registered institutional investor and was a senior leader at the Corporate Executive Board. John also served on the White House Staff, was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and served as a military officer. John holds an MBA from Rice University, where he graduated as a Jones Scholar, and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
