NIRI DFW relies on its leadership to curate events, contribute to best practice sharing and to be the conduit concerning issues impacting public companies between their company and NIRI National. Positions are voluntary and terms are one year.
Below are the officers and directors for the 2020 – 2021 term year.
Liz Kline, Principal and Vice President, Account Services, Eisenberg; President
With over 30 years of experience in the creative and marketing industry nationwide, including over 20 years with Eisenberg, Liz Kline has worked with a client base that spans most industries. Liz is responsible for directing account services and new business efforts for Eisenberg, we well as running the Dallas office. She serves as senior manager on major projects, including investor communication, ESG reports, corporate websites, corporate branding and annual reports.
Liz began her career at KIDSNET, a nonprofit organization in Washington D.C., specializing in the development of educational curriculum materials for children’s television. She then worked for Bremmer & Goris Communications, a design studio in Alexandria, Virginia. She has a bachelors degree in political science from Davidson College and an MBA from the George Washington University. Liz has been a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 1998 and was the 2007 past president of the NIRI DFW Chapter and has chaired several Southwest Regional Conferences, and has received three NIRI Chapter Leadership Awards.
Jason Landkamer, Director of Investor Relations, Fluor Corporation; Executive Vice President
Jason Landkamer is the director of investor relations for Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR). In this role he is responsible for communicating with the financial community, targeting potential investors, corporate message development and sell-side analyst relations. Jason has over 20 years of experience in finance related roles, including 19 years in investor relations.
Since joining Fluor in 2006, Jason has helped the company increase the level of communication and interaction with the investment community through multiple perception study and outreach initiatives, both domestic and international. Additionally, he serves on Fluor’s sustainability committee and designs and produces the company’s annual report.
Jason, along with the Investor Relations team, has consistently been ranked as one of the best Investor Relations Officers and best IR departments for the Engineering & Construction sector by Institutional Investor magazine since 2008.
Prior to joining Fluor, Jason was with AmeriCredit Corp. for seven years in various investor relations roles, including three years as AVP of investor relations.
Jason graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Finance. He has been an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 2000. In December 2016 Jason was elected to the NIRI Board of Directors for a four-year term where he is currently focused on advocacy issues with the SEC.
Mac Schmitz, Vice President, Matador Resources; Vice President, Treasurer
Mac Schmitz is Vice President – Investor Relations for Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR), an independent oil and natural gas exploration company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Mac helped Matador go public in 2012 and has seen the company grow its market cap from less than $500 million in 2012 to over $6 billion during 2022. Today he is a member of the diverse and highly experienced financial planning team supporting the CFO’s responsibilities, as well as the disclosure committee.
His training and background is in investment banking working previously for KeyBanc Capital Markets and Marsh, Berry & Company, Inc. He earned a BBA in Finance, with a focus on Investments, from Ohio University and holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) credential. He is a loyal Cleveland and THE Ohio State sports fan and enjoys spending free time with his family and friends.

Hala Elsherbini, Senior Director, Investor Relations, Tyler Technologies, Inc.; Professional Development and Advocacy Ambassador
Hala Elsherbini leverages her 26 years of investor relations experience to guide client companies in managing comprehensive IR strategies. As a strategic advisor and trusted resource to senior leadership, she executes client engagements as a key liaison, providing strategic message development and counsel. Successful program execution includes managing ESG disclosure initiatives, direct board relations and serving as a client advocate to Wall Street through her extensive investment community network.
Hala graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Communications, majoring in public relations. She has been a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 2005, serving on various committees and board seats, both on a national and local chapter level. In 2015, she served a four-year team on the NIRI National Board. She currently serves as Vice President-Professional Development of the NIRI DFW board of directors and acts as the Chapter’s Advocacy Ambassador. She also was recently recognized as a part of the NIRI 2020 Class of Fellows.
Leigh Anne Mann, VP of Investor Relations, Trinity Industries; Vice President, Communications
Leigh Anne Mann is the Vice President of Investor Relations for Trinity Industries (NYSE: TRN), a railcar leasing and manufacturing company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. She is responsible for all aspects of investor relations, including current and prospective analyst and investor engagement, strategic messaging, and managing the earnings process. Including her 3 years of Investor Relations experience, Leigh Anne has over 15 years of finance experience with roles in sell-side equity research, financial planning & analysis, and consulting.
Leigh Anne received a B.A. in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Leigh Anne has been a member of NIRI for over 3 years and enjoys the professional development and networking opportunities it provides. She is a parent to two young children so spends most of her spare time keeping them bathed and fed. Leigh Anne is an avid fan of SEC football and the television show Survivor.
Jason Alexander, Managing Director, Okapi Partners; Vice President, Membership
Jason W. Alexander has more than 25 years of experience consulting with companies on matters that require shareholder approval. He specializes in proxy solicitation, mergers and acquisitions advice, contests for control and corporate governance consulting, with expertise in corporate and board related matters for domestic, Canadian and multinational companies.
Prior to joining Okapi, Jason was with Georgeson for over 18 years with responsibility in sales, management and marketing, and worked on transactions for over 400 companies covering all business sectors. He spent over three years in Toronto with Georgeson’s Canadian business, where he was responsible for sales and operations management across all product lines. Before joining Georgeson, Jason worked for both Thomson Financial and D.F. King & Co. as an equity analyst.
Jason is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Corporate Governance Professionals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the State University of New York at Albany and is a frequent speaker on corporate governance and shareholder activism at a variety of conferences and industry organizations.
Glen Orr, Principal,Orr Strategic Communications; Director at Large, Former President
Glen is president of Orr Strategic Communications, a firm built on the belief that enterprise value and communications are inextricably linked. He sees IR and communications as a business tool that when well executed can grow the value of an organization and when executed poorly can erode millions of dollars in value. Glen has more than 20 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate communications and crisis management, and he uses that experience to protect and fortify the reputations of client companies and help them achieve their corporate objectives. He has extensive experience coaching senior executives and working hand-in-hand with heads of corporate communications and investor relations during times of significant corporate change including: mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, physical and financial crises, shareholder incongruity, and executive succession.
Glen began his career in IR in San Antonio working for a natural gas utility and recently has counseled clients on implementing IR strategies and tactics to align shareholders with corporate strategies; and developed and implemented sophisticated employee and corporate communications campaigns to maximize the value of hostile and friendly M&A transactions, mitigate the impact of activist shareholder attacks and manage communications surrounding financial and physical crises. Glen also assists companies in nurturing and managing their relationships with media and navigating engagement with them during important corporate announcements.
Glen is a native of South Texas and has been a NIRI member for about 20 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President. Prior to that he served as Vice President, Membership; Vice President, Programs; and has been a contributor on several committees. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from Texas A&M.
LeeAnne Sexton, Managing Director, Donnelley Financial Solutions; Director at Large
As a Managing Director at Donnelley Financial Solutions, Lee Anne provides financial communication services for public and strategically growing private companies, investment banks and private equity firms. For the past 16 years, she has helped clients prepare for and manage the IPO process from fund raising and deal marketing all the way through to the compliance requirements as a public company. These transactional and compliance services include online datarooms, deal management, XBRL consulting and preparation, proxy statement design and distribution, annual meeting services, M&A activities and internal document management and collaboration. Prior to joining Donnelley, she spent 11 years as a Vice President at Bowne & Co. Lee Anne earned a bachelor”s degree from Texas A&M University.
When she is not with clients, Lee Anne enjoys traveling with her husband and son. She is an avid Aggie football fan with a love of hiking.
