About Justin Vieira

Justin Vieira is the Director and Global Head of Corporate Analytics at Ipreo, focusing on global investor targeting and predictive shareholder analyses, in addition to broader advisory services and shareholder intelligence. He has advised numerous clients on proposed Dividend, M&A and Spinoff situations with a focus on shareholder base impact in terms of both risk and opportunity.
Justin has been with Ipreo since 2004 through a predecessor company, i-Deal. His first role was with the Capital Markets Analytics Team, servicing Investment Banking clients on matters including deal/non-deal roadshows and new issuance analytics before starting the Corporate Analytics Group at Ipreo. Justin is a graduate of Bucknell University with a BS/BA Degree in Business Management and minor in Economics. He is currently President of the NIRI Triangle Chapter.
