View from the SEC – SEC enforcement has ramped up in recent years. David Woodcock, SEC Regional Director, will give his view on the SEC’s current and ongoing enforcement efforts.
View from Wall Street – A panel of local investment professionals will help us understand how they view IROs and the C-Suite from their side of the market. What are they looking for from corporate issuers? What is their viewpoint on the retail and institutional investor markets, including key metrics they use in evaluating potential and existing portfolio investments? What can you do to be noticed? View from the Fed – Anil Kumar, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Senior Research Economist and Advisor, spends countless hours evaluating the impact of economic changes on the financial health of the Southwest, and will share his view of the region’s industry and the economy with attendees. Lunch – Jeff Morgan, President and CEO, will provide his view of how Washington will affect IR, the state and future of investor relations in 2013 and beyond.
