Technology Opportunities and Risks in Corporate Governance

Dennis McCuistion, executive director of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance at UTD and also the host of the PBS television show, “McCuistion“, will give us a sneak preview of the Institute’s September 29th day-long seminar of the same title.

Given all the recent instances of cyber crime (Sony, Citigroup, Epsilon Data Management, to name a few), this program topic is very timely. Dennis will present not only the risks but also the opportunities associated with technology and corporate governance for corporate managements and their board members.

Dennis McCuistion is a former bank CEO who consults with financial institutions and other businesses on top management issues.
