The new officers began their board year on June 1.
Hala Elsherbini, the 2010-2011 NIRI D*FW Chapter president, said: “One of our primary goals this year is to increase member involvement in the chapter by offering compelling educational programs, hot topic discussions and special programs as well as enjoyable networking events. Our board will work to infuse high-quality chapter programming and develop new ways to engage our membership, one of which will be a new format for our monthly programs to include more after-hour events, varied meeting venues, community service outreach and more interactive programs.”
