Rob Rengel leads Investor Relations at ATI, a standout in aerospace and defense. A
seasoned finance executive and trusted capital-markets communicator, he turns complex
business strategies into clear, compelling investment narratives that deepen investor
confidence and support long-term shareholder value.

Previously, Rob spent 19 years at Caterpillar Inc., where he helped elevate investor
relations through targeted engagement and disciplined communication of strategy and
performance during a period of significant shareholder value creation.

Earlier in his Caterpillar career, Rob held finance leadership roles spanning corporate
financial planning and analysis, treasury, debt capital markets and funding, risk
management, and dealer finance.

Rob holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) from the National Investor Relations
Institute and is licensed to practice law in Illinois. He earned a J.D. from American
University – Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Saint
Louis University.
