Thursday, September 29

7:30 am Golf Event

1:30 pm – 5:00 pm Sessions

6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Welcome Cocktail Reception

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Texas barbecue buffet on the banks of the Lower Colorado River

9:00 pm Country-western dance lessons with DJ and Late Happy Hour

Friday, September 30

7:00 am – 8:00 am Continental breakfast

8:00 am – 11:45 am Sessions

11:45 am – 1:00 pm Lunch

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm Sessions

The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, situated along the banks of the Lower Colorado River between Austin and Bastrop, is our conference hotel.
