Insights into the 2015 Proxy Season and Beyond

Join your fellow IROs and NIRI members in discussing the latest proxy season trends – particularly the record number of proxy access proposals this season – with some of the top minds on the topic.

Ted Allen, Director of Practice Resources for NIRI and Matt Orsagh, Director of Capital Markets Policy at CFA Institute will also cover notable issues including independent chair proposals, requests for more disclosure of corporate political activities, and growing concerns about board tenure and diversity. The pair will also share insights and engage the group in a discussion about how to effectively engage institutional investors on important corporate governance issues.

The CFA Institute is publishing a revised model CD&A template this spring; learn what’s new and how this template can help a company better tell its executive compensation story. The SEC plans to finalizes its CEO pay ratio rule later this year; don’t miss out on hearing about the expected compliance challenges for companies and what analysts and investors may be looking for in corporate disclosures.
