This year’s conference will be held at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, Louisiana, August 15 – 17, 2012. Over 2000 NIRI members and guests from chapters all over the country will be invited to attend.

We greatly appreciate and acknowledge that NIRI Chapters could not offer the educational opportunities to members and guests if not for the continuing support from our service providers. In light of this, we are asking for your company’s support of the NIRI Southwest Regional Conference hosted by NIRI Dallas/Ft. Worth. 

We are offering opportunities for service providers to promote their company through a variety of sponsorship levels, including providing conference scholarships to practitioners. 

In response to a few requests, this year we are offering our sponsors the choice of having a staffed exhibitor table on a first-come first-serve basis (limit ten) as well as the ability to promote their company through a variety of sponsorship levels. 

We are anticipating approximately 150 attendees. Consequently, this is an excellent opportunity for your company to reach your target audience. If your company would like to support the conference, please see the sponsorship opportunities listed below. Sponsorships will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please contact me soon to reserve your event of choice.  

In light of the continued softness in our global economy, we have negotiated excellent room rates ($115 per night) at the Hotel Monteleone, a historic hotel in the French Quarter. We have also kept registration costs at the same level as the last two DFW-hosted conferences. And our sponsorship opportunities are value packed.
